      Introduction

Ever wonder what is was like to live day to day in the Medieval time period? Now is your chance to find out about how normal people lived in the Middle Ages, another name for the Medieval period.

      The Task

You will research and write a short description of the day in the life of a person living in Medieval Europe. The description should be typed. You will also need to cite the sources you used for research using MLA guidelines*. The sources should also be typed. You will need access to the Web for some of your research and access to a word processor to type your final copies.

*If you do not have an MLA style sheet, ask your English teacher for one

      1. First you will choose what type of person you will research:

      • male or female
      • child or adult
      • peasant, noble (ex. lords and ladies), or religious (ex. priests, monks, nuns)

      2. Now that you have chosen a person, start your research with these sources:
